Step 1:    Contact us
Once you've organized your photos and are ready for shipping, please fill out our Enquiry Form or leave a message on our phone - we will get in touch with you shortly. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us anytime. We can help you arrange your slides, negatives or photos as well as advise you on any matters arising. We're here to assist you and we look forward to taking your order.

Step 2:    Package and Shipping
Protect the slides or photos by putting them in envelopes or Ziplock bags. Use rubber bands to keep them assembled. Number the packages if you want a particular order in terms of the scanned items. Label the individual groups if specific names are required on your CD/DVD. Place them in a reliably strong box and make sure it is taped properly.

Print your name, address and phone number on the box and send it via your preferred shipping company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.) Because your slides are valuable, registering your package (with Royal Mail, for example) is recommended. Finally, post your package to our London address.

Step 3:    Make a Payment
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will get in touch by email to notify you about its safe arrival. Allow up to 5 days for us to finalize the required work on your slides or photos.

Once your order is completed, we will contact you with an attached invoice by e-mail. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card via PayPal.

As soon as the payment is wired, your slides will be returned to you in their original condition plus in a revived digital DVD/CD format by registered Royal Mail services. We will e-mail you again to inform you about the shipping.

Step 4:    Receive Your Order
Your scans are kept on our hard drive for 2 months for your added safety. During this period you may be able to order further services related to your items. If you decide, for example, to have a special enhancement revival service of your slides/photos, or have a slide show made, please contact us again and we will be glad to help.

Your old slides can be renewed and viewed on your computer screen, e-mailed to friends, enjoyed as a slide show. They can be printed at home or at your local photo store. The possibilities are endless. Start exploring them now!
